is there a way to Export backlog (prioritized by business) from Scrum board to excel (in the same order prioritized by business)

@SD I don't see a way to do this from the Board view, but you can use the Issues view to:

display the issues of interest (for example, filter for Project = ABC, Status = Sprint Backlog)
sort the list by the Priority
use the Export Issues button menu at the top of the page to select the format you want to export to

Thanks Barbara. I tried that and it works as a temporary solution.

You can export directly from the board to Excel using the Better Excel Exporter app.

In fact, for every "view" (i.e. export type) you can choose if it should be available on the board:
