Confiform API call filter to upload to same entry

Hello, 

I am currently testing some stuff and I am using an ifttt rule to make a webservice request which then initiates another api version 0 request to the form to update the same/current entry. 

 

What should the filter be here? The filter q=id:<entry_id>, where <entry_id> is [entry.id] passed as a parameter during the webservice request . This however doesn't seem to work.
