Following the recent completion of SOC 2 certification, TitanApps is taking the next step toward greater transparency. We’ve launched a public Trust Center, where you can review how TitanApps products handle security, compliance, and data protection - all in one place.
The Trust Center makes it easier to manage security reviews and periodic compliance checks. When questions come up, you don’t have to ask support for confirmations or prepare explanations from scratch. Now you can point internal stakeholders to a single source of truth. It will show how the tools you use are reviewed, maintained, and improved over time.
The information presented in the Trust Center applies to all TitanApps products - in particular, to Smart Checklist for Jira, Smart Templates, and Smart Hierarchy. These solutions are often used in highly regulated industries and process-heavy Jira environments, where reliability is crucial.
The Trust Center gives you direct access to practical information about:
Sensitive documents are available after signing the NDA, which you can easily do online. After this, access is granted for 356 days.
All this makes the Trust Center especially useful to security and procurement teams, helping them conduct vendor audits faster.
In addition to certifications and other documents, the Trust Center includes a continuous monitoring dashboard. You can use it to quickly check whether everything is operating as expected, without relying on point-in-time statements or past documents.
If something changes, the dashboard reflects that update, so you can always see the current state.
For you, this means fewer surprises during internal checks and a clearer way to confirm that the security posture of the tools you use remains stable over time. It’s especially useful when stakeholders ask for confirmation that controls are actively monitored, not just documented once.
More broadly, the Trust Center reflects our ongoing move toward greater security and transparency. It started with our transition to Cloud Fortified and continued with moving our tools to Forge and receiving the Runs on Atlassian status. The latter means that TitanApps solutions are hosted on Atlassian’s platform, store data within Atlassian, and are data residency compliant.
The next milestone was obtaining the SOC 2 certification. Setting up the Trust Center, which happened shortly after, is the logical next step in this journey. It allows you to see where we stand today and how we continue to strengthen our security and compliance practices as TitanApps evolves.
You can visit our Trust Center anytime and use it during vendor reviews, internal approvals, or periodic compliance checks. We will keep this space updated to inform you of any further security improvements.
