๐ StonikByte is now an Atlassian Marketplace Platinum Partner
We are proud to have reached Platinum Partner status in the Atlassian Marketplace.
For us, this is much more than a new badge. It reflects the traction our apps have gained in the Marketplace, the trust of our customers, and the work our team has put into building and continuously improving solutions for Jira and Confluence.
StonikByte has been part of the Atlassian Marketplace since its launch in 2012. Today, our apps are used by more than 4,500 companies across 95+ countries.
At the center of this journey is Great Gadgets, our flagship product and the result of many years of continuous development and close interaction with our customers.
๐ Great Gadgets โ at the heart of our Marketplace journey
What started as a collection of useful dashboard gadgets has evolved into a comprehensive dashboard and reporting solution for Jira and Confluence.
Today, Great Gadgets helps teams and organizations build powerful dashboards for Scrum, Kanban, SAFeยฎ, ITSM, project tracking, and executive reporting.
From burndown and burnup charts, velocity and cumulative flow diagrams to cycle time, time in status, WIP, pivot tables, custom formulas, KPIs, forecasting, and cross-team reporting, our goal has remained the same: make project data easier to understand and turn it into information teams can actually use to make decisions.
Great Gadgets continues to evolve based on customer feedback and the changing needs of Jira teams โ from individual Agile teams to organizations that need portfolio, cross-project, and executive-level visibility.
Alongside Great Gadgets, products such as Documents and Project Team have helped expand our portfolio and the ways in which we can support Atlassian customers.
Becoming a Platinum Marketplace Partner is therefore an especially meaningful milestone for us. It recognizes a journey built over many years around our products, our customers, and our long-term commitment to the Atlassian ecosystem.
๐ Another major milestone: SOC 2 Type II
Growth also comes with greater responsibility.
As our apps are increasingly adopted by larger organizations and enterprise customers, security, privacy, and trust have become an even bigger part of how we build and operate our products.
We are therefore very happy to announce another important achievement: StonikByte has successfully completed its SOC 2 Type II audit, adding another major assurance milestone alongside our existing ISO/IEC 27001 certification.
SOC 2 Type II goes beyond documenting that security controls exist. It independently assesses how those controls operate over a defined period of time, providing customers with additional assurance about the processes behind the services they rely on.
๐ก๏ธ Going beyond certifications
For us, security isn't just about collecting certifications or passing audits.
Over the past years, we have continued investing in the security of our applications, development processes, and infrastructure. This includes:
- ๐ ISO/IEC 27001 certification
- โ Successful completion of a SOC 2 Type II audit
- ๐ก๏ธ Independent penetration testing performed by a third-party security company
- ๐ Continuous vulnerability management and security testing
- ๐ป Secure software development practices integrated into our development lifecycle
- ๐ Ongoing focus on data protection and GDPR compliance
- ๐ A dedicated StonikByte Trust Center, providing customers with visibility into our security, privacy, compliance, and operational practices
These initiatives are particularly important as Great Gadgets and our other products continue to be adopted by enterprise customers with increasingly demanding security and compliance requirements.
๐ Growth and trust go hand in hand
At first glance, becoming a Platinum Marketplace Partner and achieving SOC 2 Type II might seem like two very different milestones.
For us, they are closely connected.
One represents the growth and adoption of our products. The other represents our commitment to ensuring that this growth happens on a strong foundation of security, reliability, and trust.
Both are important parts of where we want to take StonikByte next.
We will continue investing heavily in Great Gadgets, expanding its reporting and analytics capabilities and helping teams get more value from their Jira and Confluence data. At the same time, we will continue strengthening our security program and expanding our broader product portfolio.

These achievements are important milestones for us, but they are certainly not a finish line.
