Read & Confirm for Confluence — New: Teams, reusable member lists for your confirmation requests

We've just shipped Teams in Read & Confirm for Confluence — built to save you from setting up the same list of people request after request.

What's new

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Create reusable Teams — Save a named list of members once and reuse it across confirmation requests.

⚡ Assign in one click — When creating a request, just pick a team instead of searching for each person. You can still remove individuals or add extra people on top — team plus a few extras works fine.

📌 Stable records by design — Teams are expanded into individual members at the moment you create a request. Later changes to the team never silently rewrite who was asked to confirm.

🔄 Know when a team changes — If members are added to a team after a request was created, the app flags it — the request list shows "Team updated +2", and the team's page shows which requests are behind — and you can add the new members with one click from the request.

Already using Read & Confirm? Teams arrives as a major update — a site admin approves it once, and the in-app banner walks you through it.

Read & Confirm runs entirely on Atlassian Forge. Team data and confirmation records are stored via Forge storage — no external servers, no third-party data transfers.
