Poll Time 🗳️ What makes finding information in Confluence hardest?

Hey everyone!

I’m Elena from Elevatic, and I’d love your input on a quick question around Knowledge Management in Confluence.

When working in Confluence, what makes finding information the hardest?

Cast your vote and select ‘Watch this post’, as I’ll be sharing the poll results in one week.

Your insights really help highlight where knowledge systems can be improved for everyone.

Thanks in advance! 🙌

I really value a good documentation structure when it comes to Confluence, because it optimizes the research and helps you focus on what you actually need!

Hi @Benedetta De Martino , I totally agree with you. A well-structured Confluence documentation makes a huge difference. It not only speeds up research, but also reduces noise and helps teams find reliable information quickly. Thanks for your contribution!

Hello there!

As usual, I’m sharing the latest poll results here:

  • 13% of voters said that search limitations are the biggest problem
  • 40% pointed to outdated content
  • 33% felt there are too many pages to navigate through
  • 13% mentioned poor page structure and organization

The results suggest that content quality and discoverability remain the main pain points, with outdated information being the most significant issue. Navigation and overall site structure also continue to affect the user experience for a large portion of voters.

Thank you for your contribution!
