Historian's real power is tracking a single field's history across dozens of work items simultaneously. Let’s assume you need to see every Story Point change from the last sprint. You can simply pivot the entire report to focus on the "Story Points" field. This instantly isolates that field's history across all selected issues, giving you immediate clarity on Assignee, Status, or any custom field.

Organize the Report, Your Way

Once you have your filtered list, you can organize it for analysis. The Group & Sort options give you full control to group all changes by a specific work item or sort the entire list by date, user, or field.

Focus Your Search with the Date Trimmer

Need to see all activity from last week's sprint? The intuitive date trimmer lets you jump to any point in time, from "Yesterday" to "Previous Year," focusing your report on what matters right now.

Two Powerful Perspectives for Complete Context

Instantly switch between two robust perspectives. Use the Work-Item View to review changes on work items as a whole, or pivot to the Field-Based View to analyze changes to fields individually. While both views pull from the same data, they give you the flexibility to concentrate on the details you require.
