Major UI/UX Redesign

The app now introduces a completely new interface that is more modern, clean, and user-friendly, offering a refreshed experience compared to the previous design.

Jira Forms

  • Jira Forms Support (Cloud)
    JSM Mobile now supports Jira Forms for cloud instances.

Content & Communication

  • ADF Comments Support
    Request comments can now be viewed in Atlassian Document Format (ADF) mode.

  • Rich Text Editor Support
    The rich text editor is now supported in:

    • Description fields

    • Paragraph fields

    • Comment creation

Language, Theme & Accessibility

  • Arabic & RTL Language Support

  • Dark Theme Support

  • Devinity Language Support
    The app displays only the languages available within Devinity, if included.

Feedback & Awareness

  • Shake Device to Send Feedback
    Users can now send feedback by shaking their device.

  • β€œWhat’s New” Section
    A dedicated section in the settings page allows users to view the latest release notes.

Refined Theme Support

  • Support for Refined Theme issue types

  • Support for Refined Theme translations

  • Support for Refined Theme SLAs
