At the beginning of this year, we introduced the free version of our brand-new synchronization solution - Issue Sync Pro, and it served its purpose well. It allowed us to develop the application together with you!

Now, it's time for us to take the next step in our journey. To continue growing and improving the application, we need to transition to a paid version.

The feedback gathered during the free version release convinced us that in order for the application to meet your expectations and address your challenges in the future, we need to improve the product usability and expand it with new features.

The new version of the application will include the existing functionalities and will also introduce improvements such as:

• The ability to sync statuses of team-managed projects

• Workflow visualization in status transition mapping

• UX/UI improvements 🍀

After the update to the paid version, every customer will have the opportunity to test the application during a 30-day trial period to ensure that the new version meets their needs.
