The JSON format presented here is the standard format required by any Jira site. You can basically export data using this method and import it into another site preserving user history.

Scheduling and results

The end result is a structured list of any schedule you’ve created. Take note that the scheduler runs on an interval. Therefore, depending on the interval, you can routinely backup the data that is most important to you. If you wish to make configurational changes, you can update your notification in the settings page to notify you when any of your scheduled task is completed.

Security and permissions

Every data that is stored, saves an attachment directly into your Jira environment protected by a security scheme that is dedicated specifically to the user who created the scheduled task. Every permission defaults to your own user permission, if you can do something in Jira, the app will use that same permission to access what you can access and store the data where only you can access. Each user within your Jira site can have their personalized workflow that can help them analyze the data they need on the projects they are working on.
