I use automation since 3 years, started with the free lite version, but now I use the paid one because it has more features. It is a really great addon.

I had the requirement to automate some tasks, for example copy values from parent to subtask for our software development team and after some searching in the marketplace I found Automation.

Automation rules are easy to create & configure, also there is a good documentation about the smart values.

Without Automation, I would need to find 1 or more addons that can do the same and also have these easy user requirments in creating new rules.
