We've got one team using Zephyr, but a recent audit found that it was our biggest App cost for something that only 6 people use, so they may be "encouraged" to find an alternative, but they're the ones who used JPD to create all the tickets for other teams then complained when their tickets weren't directly added to other team's development work. I'm not convinced that the Agile Programme Manager on their team understands technology!

At my company, I am unsure if this has already been implemented, but I believe that GitHub integrations, such as Git Integration for Jira, Azure, and similar, would be handy.
