🤖 Agile Reports & Gadgets 9.4.0: in-app help powered by Atlassian Rovo

Agile Reports & Gadgets brings 8 chart families – Velocity, Cycle Time, Burnup/Burndown, Monte Carlo, Throughput, Cumulative Flow, Created vs Resolved, and WIP – along with 30+ delivery metrics and issue-view panels into one Jira app. Teams use it to track sprint performance, forecast delivery dates, and surface flow bottlenecks across boards, projects, and portfolios.

Version 9.4.0 introduces the first version of the Agile Reports Rovo support agent. You can now ask for help directly from Agile Reports and continue the conversation in Rovo with the relevant product context.

🔍 Ask Rovo from Agile Reports

Agile Reports now includes an Ask our Rovo agent button. The first version is available from key places in the app. One click opens a dialog where you can ask a question without switching tabs or leaving your current task.

The button sits alongside Book a call, Suggest a feature, and Report a problem – so if you need a human, that path is still one click away.

In chart views, the button appears as a sparkle icon in the toolbar – so you can ask a question without leaving the chart you're working on.

⚡ Start with a suggested question or ask your own

The Ask Rovo dialog offers suggested questions to help you get started. You can also enter your own question, then open Rovo chat with it as the prompt.

  • What does this chart tell me? – for when you're looking at a chart and want to understand what the data means.

  • Where is the estimation field configured? – for when you need to find a specific setting.

  • The chart looks wrong – what should I check? – for when the data doesn't match what you expect.

And if the question goes deeper than documentation can answer, the "Book a call" link is right there in the dialog header.

🧩 Answers that know where you are

This is the part that separates the Rovo agent from a generic documentation search. When you open Ask Rovo from a velocity chart, it knows you're on one. When you open it from the configuration panel, it knows you're configuring – not just reading.

The agent – Agile Charts Support – answers product questions using the Agile Reports documentation. When you ask a question, it responds with guidance aligned to the report or configuration you are working with.

✅ How to access

The Rovo support agent is available to all Agile Reports & Gadgets Cloud users on version 9.4.0. Look for the Ask our Rovo agent button on the Getting started page or the sparkle icon in the chart toolbar.
