Aevon Timesheets - Built for Everyone in the Loop

Built for Everyone in the Loop

If your team logs time in Jira, you know the cycle: log hours, chase approvals, reconcile billing — often across three different tools that don't talk to each other.

Aevon Timesheets keeps that whole loop inside Jira: log, track, approve, and bill, without your data ever leaving Atlassian's infrastructure.

One app. Four very different days.

  • Monday — Employee. Log a week of work by dragging issues onto a calendar. Submit once.
  • Wednesday — Approver. Clear a whole team's timesheets in one batch click, or reject with a required comment.
  • Friday — Finance. Open a pivot that already knows who's ready to bill, who's pending, and who needs chasing.
  • Any day — Admin. Set the rules once — accounts, routing, permissions — and Aevon does the rest.

Built for everyone in the loop: one submit can still route to several approvers automatically, because Aevon splits the week by account behind the scenes — nobody has to manually forward a spreadsheet.

Free for up to 10 users, every feature included. Above that, $0.50/user/month (dropping to $0.25/user/month past 1,000 users) — roughly a tenth of what incumbent time trackers charge, with another 16% off on annual billing.

Aevon is Forge-native, so worklogs, approvals, and the audit trail stay on Atlassian's infrastructure — nothing gets copied to an external vendor.

Aevon Timesheets is on The Atlassian Marketplace: Aevon Timesheets

We are curious how other teams currently handle multi-approver timesheets — drop us a comment below.

Enjoy!
