What are your Jira flow metrics actually telling you?

Our users frequently ask us to help interpret their flow metrics and suggest possible next steps.

Because Delivery Flow is a Forge app that Runs on Atlassian, we do not have access to customer data. This has made it difficult to review workflows or provide meaningful guidance.

To address this, we recently added the ability to generate a Flow Metrics Report (PDF) that can be shared internally within your organisation or provided to us for review.

To celebrate the release of this feature, we are offering free flow metrics reviews for the first 10 teams who would like a second opinion on their workflow.

If you're curious about how work actually flows through your Jira boards:

  1. Install the app
  2. Generate a Flow Metrics Report
  3. Send the report to support

The report contains only workflow metrics and charts — no sensitive issue data. It typically takes 5-10 minutes to install, execute query and generate a report.

We will review the report and share observations about:

• possible workflow bottlenecks
• delivery patterns
• potential improvement opportunities

No sales pitch — just insights based on your flow metrics.

See our website for more details on how to generate and send a report.
