User can't see things on her workstation

I have a user, admin priviledges, who has a problem.

On her Agile board there is nothing visible in her backlog and the current sprint is empty. All looks ok in Work mode.

But when I had her log in on my workstation, all is ok.

Jira 5.1.6, Chrome browser. Mine is a PC, her's a Mac.

have you tried to wipe all cookies on both browsers?

Solved. She was playing with Epics and had toggled things so that was all she could see -- and there weren't any. We don't (yet) use them, so no one immediately thought of it.
