So, you are asking about Jira Dashboard and having some pic included.. To be honest it is really hard to get from it what you are trying to achieve.. Do you want to have 1 to 1 same looking report, or maybe get colored gadgets.. It is some kind of summary in low quality that is hard to read.

Would be better to point out all requirements one by one so that we can try match this to existing Jira features or plugins.

Could you please clarify more on your question?
