How are you managing SAP S/4HANA projects in Jira?

We've been having a few internal discussions around this recently, and I'm curious how other teams are approaching it.

Jira does a great job for agile project management, but SAP S/4HANA implementations bring a different level of complexity. Beyond sprint planning and issue tracking, there are requirements, Fit/Gap analysis, WRICEF objects, testing cycles, defects, dependencies, stakeholder approvals, and overall project governance to manage.

I'm interested to know how teams are handling all of this today.

Are you managing everything within Jira using custom configurations or Marketplace apps? Or do you still rely on spreadsheets and other tools alongside Jira?

What's been the biggest challenge in keeping the entire SAP project lifecycle connected, from requirements through testing and go-live?

I'd love to hear what's worked well for your team, and if there's anything you'd change if you were starting a new SAP implementation today.
