Yes this community is very agile. If you haven't visited https://community.atlassian.com/learning is a great place to start your journey and top of that, you can participate in discussions, Q&As and attend local events and what not (create articles, share ideas) and it never stops.

After 16+ years delivering programs across BFSI, the biggest Agile lesson I've learned isn't about ceremonies — it's about governance. Agile without lightweight, well-placed controls (release readiness, risk sign-off, audit trail) just moves chaos faster. The best squads I've worked with treat governance as an enabler, not friction — it's what lets you ship fast and sleep at night.
