I’m currently managing a large-scale project with multiple teams and numerous dependencies using Portfolio for Jira. I’m looking for advice on best practices for effectively managing these dependencies to ensure smooth project progress and timely delivery.

Specifically, I’m interested in:

1. Strategies for visualizing and tracking dependencies across teams.
2. Tips for identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks early.
3. Any useful add-ons or integrations that complement Portfolio for Jira in managing dependencies.
