When I create a Plan with a custom filter as its issue source, the summary tab is blank. When I use projects or boards as the filter, it works as expected. Does this happen for anyone else, or is it something I'm doing wrong?
I’ve seen similar behavior before when using custom filters as the issue source. It’s often related to filter permissions, scope configuration, or missing issue types that the Plan expects. You might want to double-check that the filter includes all required fields and that it’s shared properly. Interestingly, troubleshooting setups like this sometimes feels like spinning Koło Fortuny Liczby — small configuration details can completely change the outcome.
Fascinating read! I like how you highlighted the psychological aspect of decision-making — sometimes the process matters more than the outcome. Watching a glücksrad drehen adds that layer of transparency and trust, making even small decisions feel fair and engaging. It’s impressive how such a simple visual tool can reduce overthinking and speed up choices.

Double-check that the filter is not too restrictive and that it uses standard issue fields (not only custom ones), and also confirm you have permission to view all issues returned by the filter. I’ve seen similar “blank summary” behavior before, and fixing the JQL resolves it, kind of like a ruleta de la suerte online, where one missing condition can change the entire outcome

@Katie McDaniel In my experience with a filter-only plan the summary is next to and inside of the area with the issue key.
If you could include a screenshot of what you are seeing, along with the filter view, that might provide some more clues.
