Our company will be transitioning to JIRA Advanced Roadmaps/Plans next month. We really are excited about the capacity planning aspect. However, how do we show production support or other work capacity in order to get a "true" picture of team capacity? Ex. Team A (Prod support 40%, strategic work 30%, enhancements 30%). Our plan will be for our strategic work. I am looking for a way to show the percentages above, so that when I look at the team capacity under the Plans Summary it is showing accurately.
