Are there any ways to customize Capacity reports in Portfolio for JIRA?

I'm trying out JIRA portfolio for our portfolio planning. Everything looks good - except, have some specific needs around Capacity report - want capacity data in different view - like, allocation by resource over a time period and be able to flag any over/under allocations. The current view of the report doesn't really give me that information. I see other report options have a CSV data export options - but, not for the Capacity option. Is there any way to export the capacity data and for my own views?

Hello Debanjan,

There are not native options in the Portfolio Capacity Report for customizations the closest thing would be the filtering options at the top of the report to narrow the result set (Filter by: Project, releases, Teams, etc...), but this does not sound like what you are looking for.

If you are looking to put together a fully custom Report check out the developer docs on Creating a Jira report using the Portfolio API's:

Alternatively you could also look into a third party reporting tool in the marketplace that has reporting compatible with Portfolio. I know that eazyBI Reports and Charts for Jira has some Portfolio compatible reporting covered in their support documentation here:
