% completion in the Progress bar is missing if the schedule range is not set to Full

Hi,

I am trying to understand why the progress bar of Epics turns gray (showing no progress yet) when the scheduled range  is set to anything else than "full"

The progress bar shows progress when set to "Full"

I need to understand why Portfolio behaves this way and if I can set it not to filter out any issues

My understanding is that the The schedule range is a view to focus on and to filter out the "dead white space"
