Where are "Update from date" and "Synchronization" in Portfolio

The documentation refers to the ability to update a Plan from Jira by using "Update from date" and to configure synchronization. Neither of these are anywhere in my Plan that I can see. Where should I be looking?

The closest option is this:

Configure -> Edit Issue sources -> (dont change anything, just click next next next next next) -> submit
