Hi, My organization is heavily vested in Jira and looking to Portfolio to get us out of having the Dev Teams use custom spreadsheets for capacity planning. One of the obstacles we have is how to attribute a weight to resources (i.e. level of experience or expertise in the area of code they are working in.) Does anyone have any tricks or tips for weighting that they can share?
