I'm looking to utilize the switch report that displays in Portfolio. I have assigned Themes at the epic and story level already. I have ensured that each item links to a particular theme in Portfolio. The problem I'm facing is that the switch report "Actual" column does not represent the work that the teams have in their current sprint.

My question is: Is there a way to look at the current scheduled work by theme other than the Switch report?

or Is there a way to configure the Switch report and display the work in each bucket?

Hi TJ,

The "Actual" column in the Themes report represents completed work. So only done issues will show up in it.

If you wish to view the theme breakdown in your current sprint, you can apply the "Scheduling Range" filter from the "More" dropdown.

Alternatively, you could apply the "Themes" filter to view all issues belonging to a theme.

Let us know if this helps.

Kind Regards,

The Portfolio for Jira Team
