I have created a plan using a particular Jira board for the data source. However, when I look at individual's issues, and I am just looking at epics right now, it is not showing all fo the epics that I see on the board. The board does not have more than 5000 issues. For each user, it seems to be showing about 22-24 epics.
Might be worth checking in your issues sources whether you might have excluded some higher level issues like Initiatives because that would exclude linked Epics. Also note that by default plan will only display issue completed within last 30 days and for Versions/Releases that you've added to your plan.
