Update: The Advanced Planning migration is complete!
All content has been moved to the new Advanced Planning in Jira group, which is now open for members. You can join the group and start posting here.

On Tuesday, March 3, 2026, the Advanced Planning collection will be moving to a new home as a group and will be renamed Advanced Planning in Jira.

Why are we making this change?

More conversations: Groups are designed for ongoing discussions and collaboration, helping members connect and stay engaged.

• Better organization: Moving to a group makes it easier to find, follow, and contribute to relevant content.
• Automatic updates: When you join the new group, you’ll be automatically subscribed to updates. Don’t worry, you can always unwatch the group by clicking the Unwatch button below the group description. 

What does this mean for you?

• All existing content from the Advanced Planning collection will be moved to the new group. During the move, the collection will be set to read-only and you won’t be able to post new content. Posting will be available again once the migration is complete and content is in the new group.

• The group will be renamed Advanced Planning in Jira for clarity and discoverability.

• After the move, you’ll find the group under Discussion groups in the navigation. 

What should you do?

• Watch this article for updates! We’ll post here when the move is complete.

• Once the move is done, we encourage you to join the group to stay up to date and participate in discussions.
