Subtask of story with different assignee - how to do it?

You can't change the team of a subtask - the whole point of the Portfolio grouping there is that all tasks are done by the team.  But if you go to the sub-task, you'll find you can assign it to an individual.

Yes, right. I can make assignment in Jira. But will Portfolio use this Jira-assignee in timing calculations?

My understanding is that the latest version will take account of that, yes.  (Older ones with the non-dynamic planning did not until quite a later version if I remember correctly)
