Program view : Help us improve programs by giving feedback functionality

In Program view top right corner is feedback request "Help us improve programs by giving feedback". 

How should link work? Our case link points to javascript:void(0) and nothing happens.

Could this be turned off if old not supported feature?

I suspect that this is something related to a browser issue rather than application. Which Jira version are you using? Did you checked on a different browser how this behave? Can you reproduce it there?
