Are the Theme Reports in Portfolio based upon the sum of the Story Points assigned to the issues labelled with the Theme, or is team capacity/velocity also taken into account?
I really like the idea of the Theme Report, but different teams are estimating points using different baselines, so if it's just summing up points really we can't tell anything from the report...
