Past Velocity and forecast not available in Advanced Roadmaps Cloud?

As per the documentation on advanced roadmaps / configuring team velocity it should be possible to use past velocity and forecasting for a team.

There is a screenshot in the documentation showing the feature like this:

In my instance, the Team configuration screen looks like this:

So no past velocity or forecast available. Is this a new feature that is still rolling out? Or does it have certain prerequisites I overlooked?
