Jira planning by assignee

Hi Community,

I have the following case: My team is divided into 3 sub-teams: BE, FE and Mobile. So I split user story into the sub-tasks for each team. Basically I have a sub-task for Mobile, FE and BE within one story.

How Can I plan capacity of the sprint using Jira in hours if it doesn't allow me to setup team(sub-team) per sub-task. 
Is there a way to cover this case, maybe capacity planning by assignee and not teams?

Take it a level higher.

Set an Epic and for each team a story and capacity and assign it to the desired team.
