Jira Plans: Dragging and dropping issues between Releases

I'm experiencing an issue within Jira Plans where I am attempting to drag and drop issues from one Release to another in the List view.

I have sorted by Rank, as I know that is the only way to enable drag and drop, but the issue persists. Any thoughts?

Unfortunately, I don't believe there is a way to change the Release by dragging and dropping work items from one Release to another.

The typical way to move work items from one Release to another in the plan is to add the "Releases" field to the fields shown and make the necessary changes within that field.
