I created plan by either using scrum board or project, the issues doesn't appear on the timeline window, but for some projects it works well. I am getting confused now what's the permission or setting required to show all the epics, stories on the timeline plan?
Be sure to check your filters to ensure all Releases, statuses and schedule range are set to show everything. If any of these filters are enabled, then those issues affected by those filters will not be in view. By default, finished issues (indicated by Resolution field) are dropped from view.
