Incomptible with product license (different user numbers)

Hello,
I've just download and installed Portfolio plugin for 10 users.
Nevertheless my Jira license is available for 100+ users.
I cannot run the plugin :"Incomptible with product license (different user numbers)" but i only need it for 10 users.
How can i manage that ?

Apps such as Portfolio have to be licenced at the same level as the (highest tier) Application they are added to.

You have 100++ Jira user licence, therefore you need a 100+ Portfolio licence
