We have a heavily specialized team and have assigned issues based on who is going to work on them. Jira Portfolio is reassigning these issues based on capacity which isn't at all correct for our team.
Can we stop Portfolio from reassigning issues to load balance? The load balancing makes our estimates almost pointless.
