How to add epics to an initiative using the python API

I am using portfolio and would like to automatically assign epics to an initiative using the python API. I only found a function to add issues to an epic:

To me it looks like I can only do that directly from portfolio

Hi Kai,

There are GET calls that can pull that information using the parent link field, but there's not an option to update that yet. We are currently working on endpoints for Portfolio in this feature request:

• JPOSERVER-2322 Portfolio API V.2

Any existing POST API endpoints are experimental at this time.
