Auto-scheduling for specific weeks with decreased velocity

The new capacity management per team works a lot better compared to previous portfolio. 

The re-designed interface is great, but lacking a lot of things:

How can I set a specific spring with lower velocity? We have vacation month and we can't do the same capacity. 

Alternatively - how can I set an issue that the auto-schedule won't change it's start\end dates?

Thanks for your feedback, I'm glad you like the new interface.

We have plans to improve capacity planning capabilities soon, and off course take any feedback we can get along the way :)

Coming soon is the ability to adjust the planned velocity/capacity for teams to plan for diminishing or rising velocity. This would allow accounting for holidays, people leaving the team, etc.. when planning work further ahead.
