Application access to Portfolio for Jira

We are standing up an instance of Portfolio for Jira and need to grant my PMO manager access to administer program and plans.

Is this possible via the admin portal, as it is for Jira / Stride / Confluence?

I do not see Portfolio as an option for configuration.

Once you've installed the Portfolio for Jira add-on in Jira, you can find the permissions in the Add-ons page.
