How do people sign up to our local Atlassian User Group?

This I am sure has a simple answer, but so is opening a combination lock if you know the combination.  I have someone who wants to join our local User group, but I do not know where to send them to sign up.  What is the super secret method for doing this? (Phoenix User Group)
