Give the gift of kudos | Not Showing All Community Members

Hi Atlassian Kudos Team,

Gift Kudos search bar not showing all Community members. I have tried with Full Name and tried with the name used in Atlassian Community. But None of the search approach works in search bar. Kindly check or suggest.
