As an Atlassian big time fan, I can tell you Jira is a great tool for onboarding! Create a dedicated Jira project with our pre-built template. Define stages, use custom fields for details, and leverage checklists and automation to keep things moving. Track progress with reports and give new hires access to their onboarding "issue" for transparency. Jira fosters collaboration and ensures a smooth onboarding journey for your new team members.
