Why my post is marked as "in moderation"?

So I published my first discussion on "App central". At first, it has been marked as "in moderation". Then, I published the post and it worked and it got listed, only for it to be placed again under "in moderation" -_-

Please help! Here is the post link: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/App-Central/Enhance-your-onboarding-process-inside-Confluence-with-Glossary/td-p/2600381

Thanks

Hi, @Fares Laroui_Vectors_. I cannot speak to the specific reasons (but will try to dig into when I can if someone else has not already done that) but chances are you were not following these guidelines:

Atlassian Community online guidelines | Marketplace + Solution Partners | App Central

For example, since you work for a marketplace partner, your display name should read:

       Fares Laroui _Vectors_

...to make it clear to everyone you represent the company that makes the products you are writing about.  But check the rest of the guidelines, too, please.

I'll have a look at the moderation details later today—after some meetings—if no one has already done that. One way or another, we'll get you sorted.

Hi, @Fares Laroui_Vectors_. I finally had time to have a closer look.

The only thing I can see that's wrong with your post from today—which was put in moderation by our SPAM bot—is the link to your YouTube channel.

It looks like you correctly posted that content as an Article in App Central (because you work for an Atlassian Marketplace Partner and the article is about your company's application).

Only links to Atlassian websites or your product documentation are allowed on the community. The best solution is to link to your apps marketplace listing where they can learn more, and where you can have an embedded YouTube video if you choose.

I hope this helps.

Meanwhile I will remove the YouTube link and remove the SPAM flag.  If the bot marks it as spam again I'll look even closer to see if I am missing something.  😉

Best,

-dave

UPDATE: I now know that removing the bot's spam flag wasn't good enough to clear the article. I'm going to track down a moderator for App-Central for add'l help.

UPDATE #2: One of the two identical articles is released now, @Fares Laroui_Vectors_. I edited the last line to be about visiting your company on the Atlassian Marketplace.

My observations here is that. I don't think you followed the guidelines properly, but don't worry we will get you sorted, please just be calm

Think that could be the same reason as this other one :)
System maybe find something and automatically add it to be reviewed.

I can't say for sure, but perhaps it's being reviewed and validated by a community admin.
