I have been experiencing this error "XSRF Security Token Missing" each time i try to submit logged f

each time i try to submit a logged failed transaction this error pops up  "XSRF Security Token Missing" 

Jira could not complete this action due to a missing form token.

You may have cleared your browser cookies, which could have resulted in the expiry of your current form token. A new form token has been reissued.

Request URL: /secure/QuickCreateIssue.jspa

The original input has been captured and you can retry the operation.

Sorry, but any file attachments in the original input will be lost.

Hi @ugochi nwagu  Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Usually this is a temporary issue. Try to clear browser cache ,cookies and history OR try to perform transition in any other browser. It should work

If still getting same error, try contact your JIRA Administrator.
