To me, I love Jira Service Management and how it streamlines the service workflow. Our company is using it to manage technical assistance to our users, for every app. In case you haven't known it, I highly recommend you to give it a try.

In my case it's Xray.

It's super complete and allows easy integration with test automation. It worked great in scenarios where teams were using a whole set of different frameworks for test automation, including some that were using Cucumber.

In 3 words: Quality for Jira :) I hope that's not the name of a new app!

I've tried many other tools, including free ones such as Testlink... which is very hard to use by the way.
