Yes, of course I'll say hello. Hello Group! (the first sentence when joining a group is an offer to say hello)
I see that the group is quite large. Are there really those who manage projects? Or are there also Scrum development teams who are looking for a project leader for their team, in the understanding of the concept of a servant leader?
I would like to talk to such a team with pleasure.
Welcome to the community @Konstantin Nazarov
Hello and Welcome, Konstantin !!
Hello and welcome in the group.
I would expect that many people do not manage any projects.
We transitioned from Project to Product :-)
At the communities of Scaled Agile alliance it might be easier to get in touch with scrum teams. Though we never know what we find in here.
@Konstantin Nazarov Welcome, welcome! Be sure to check out the Jobs & Careers group. 😄
Hello @Community Manager ! But I joined the J&C group some time ago, and there I also greeted the community. But apparently, neither the development teams, nor the product owners, nor the recruiters are very well aware of the J&C group as active. Although, it would seem, where is it easier to look for a specialist in Jira, if not in the Jira community? Apparently, now, according to the established rules, this is not done. If I was looking for a specialist as an employer, then I would go to their community or university. To me, this logic of behavior looks reasonable. Am I right, Erica?
Well for the moment, I don't know about available scrum development teams.
But I know a recently certified SAFe Scrum Master 5 with some capacity.
He develops the profession of remote, asynchronous scrum master further.
