thanks for recognition, doesn't mean to ruin the fun but the onboarding process in jira is pretty problematic so far for me, that's why i asked a lot of question in just short span of time, even raised a valid ticket that needs US team to take on directly in order to solve it, there is a thin line between not understanding the abysmal UX of jira, and to actually finding a bug in which no one knows the answer except the main team, not gonna lie i'm expecting more from jira
