I wanted to try something a little different this month. I feel like this round up has been getting a little lengthy. I still think this a very valuable but I want to bring it back down to being more of an appetizer. If you are constantly referring to the REST API documentation like I am, please note that the REST API docs for Crowd are moving to Atlassian’s Developer Site. This was done as they have upgraded the docs to OpenAPI 3.0 which also allows you to download their swagger.json file from there.

Troubleshooting tips for Community Users
When I first read this title, I though it was another announcement from Atlassian. Then, as I started diving into it I quickly realized that @Jana Bohackova has written a wonderful piece about their own experiences with the virtual agent. This goes into great detail about how and why they have configured the virtual agent in a specific way and the benefits they have seen as a result. This makes me want to dive into the virtual agent myself!

One thing that has always bugged me after completing a Cloud migration are the few things that Server/DC could do better that Cloud. Atlassian has been making great strides to reduce that list and here’s another notch in their belt. If you know what Extended Project Admin rights allow your project admins to be able to do, I know you are just as excited to be able to do this again as I am!

Previously, Atlassian introduced a News Board Carousel macro, now you can filter the items that are displayed there to find what you are looking for faster.

Who likes because about to do work faster? I know I do and with this update, admins can now bulk select up to 1000 portal-only accounts to delete for clean up purposes or to migrate to Atlassian accounts as your business changes and grows.
